Please make sure that we send the parcel pre-ship video and that the delivery boy comes to deliver the parcel both are the same then accept the parcel and if there is any problem with the parcel then don't accept the parcel and if you accept the parcel then we have no responsibility. If the parcel you receive is torn or broken and you take it, then don’t accept the damaged parcel otherwise you will be responsible for all the matters.
